On Day 1, we kick off our scenic road trip from Mumbai, making a delightful breakfast stop at a local joint before reaching the beautiful MTDC Resort in Malshej Ghat. After checking in and freshening up, we head out for an exhilarating waterfall-chasing adventure to witness the mesmerizing Malshej and Pimpalgaon waterfalls. A relaxed lunch at a local eatery follows before we embark on a short trek to Harishchandragad Viewpoint, where clouds kiss the mountains, offering breathtaking views. As we return to the resort, we unwind with hot chai and snacks, setting the tone for a fun-filled evening of games, music, dance, and bonding. The night ends as we drift off to sleep to the soothing sounds of nature.
Day 2 begins with an early morning sunrise over the misty valley, a truly magical sight. After a hearty breakfast at the resort, we explore Malshej Ghat’s stunning viewpoints, soaking in the breathtaking monsoon landscapes. Depending on the weather, we may visit Ajoba Hills or Naneghat (if time permits) . After packing up and checking out from the resort, we enjoy a delicious lunch en route before beginning our journey back to Mumbai. With hearts full of joy, cameras filled with amazing pictures, and new friendships made, we return home with cherished memories of this incredible monsoon escape.
